Atex Checkweigher

Checkweigher for explosion-risk environments with flammable gases, vapours or dusts

The Atex checkweigher is designed to operate in complete safety in environments classified as explosion-risk areas. The system is fully equipotential and built with conductive, antistatic materials, so as to prevent the generation of sparks or electrostatic discharges. Built in compliance with ATEX regulations for Zone 2/22, it can be installed close to critical processes, such as the filling of aerosol cans or products containing combustible gases, guaranteeing weighing accuracy and the highest level of safety. Positioning it near the filling station makes it possible to intercept any weight deviations immediately and act in real time, avoiding the production of significant quantities of non-compliant product.
