The Domino Gx-OEM is a maintenance-free TIJ coding system, engineered to integrate smoothly into packaging equipment. Its design is optimised for mounting inside electrical enclosures, with compact measurements: 6.4 × 20 × 15.9 cm.
All tasks, such as creating and modifying codes, are done directly via the HMI panel. The small printheads provide simple setup on lines and can be positioned up to 25 metres from the controller.
The smart design of the Domino Gx-OEM enables remote access through touchscreen or browser. Features include auto cartridge detection and automatic ink settings to maintain peak print quality.
Why Choose Domino Gx-OEM?
The Domino Gx-OEM enables control of up to four printheads from one controller, achieving total print heights up to 104.3 mm. It can handle individual item coding or marking on multiple lines simultaneously.
Serialization and Track & Trace are managed using the Dynamark protocol, which is 21CFR Part 11 compliant, featuring full audit trail and user access management plus validation documentation. Moreover, Coding Automation tools allow database-driven coding and format switching via ERP or MES.
The status screens show live operational data for each printer connected. Domino Cloud integration improves remote diagnostics and monitoring.
In addition, custom user permission levels can be assigned, ensuring top-level security at all times.

The new Domino Gx PRO printheads have been developed to support the transition to GS1 Digital Link and information-rich 2D codes. With a print height of up to 23 mm, high resolution, and strong contrast, they enable the production of reliable, easy-to-read codes even on high-speed production lines.
Designed to deliver speed, compliance, and reduced waste, Gx PRO printheads make it possible to incorporate variable data such as batch numbers, expiry dates, and traceability information into 2D codes, supporting more effective controls throughout the supply chain. Seamless integration with Domino R-Series vision systems also enables automatic verification of every code directly on the production line.
