Comprehensive service, maintenance and training to keep your production running smoothly

This dedicated service agreement applies to all products supplied by nimax Uganda. It covers onsite support, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and necessary repairs to ensure reliable operation of your equipment.

Scope of Services

  1. Provision of onsite technical support, including diagnosis and repair of hardware faults, software errors, and other product-related issues.
  2. Scheduled preventive maintenance, including routine inspections of equipment.
  3. Replacement of faulty parts and components required to keep the products fully functional (spare parts to be provided by the customer).
  4. Quarterly training sessions for operators and technicians. Additional training sessions can be requested at no extra cost.

Exclusions (Not Covered by This Agreement)

  1. Damages caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  2. Consumables such as ink cartridges, ribbons, labels, printheads, filters, maintenance kits, and spare parts.
  3. Service requests resulting from factors beyond the control of nimax Uganda, including but not limited to natural disasters, power surges, or other external events.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Consumables and Spare Parts: The customer agrees to use original consumables and spare parts supplied by nimax Uganda, available at competitive prices.
  2. If the customer uses non-original consumables or spare parts not provided by nimax Uganda, the supplier reserves the right to charge the full price of the Peace of Mind contract. If a discount has been granted, the “full price” is defined as the pre-discounted value.
  3. The Peace of Mind contract is linked to an extended warranty of 24 months and may be renewed after the initial 24 months from installation.
